About

Rachel, who was trained at the Royal Ballet School, began teaching from her home in Glenfarg in 1995, becoming a fully registered RAD teacher in 1997. The school is based in purpose built vocational size studios in Kinross, running a full timetable of classes for pupils from aged 3 to adult. Classes are available in ballet, tap, jazz, street and Highland dance with experienced teachers in both the RAD and ISTD syllabus, who are able to train to a vocational level.

Dance Connect believes in dance for all ages and abilities and aims to teach dance to a high quality standard. Rachel and her team of teachers are able to enter pupils into examinations in dance to a vocational level if wished. The school also has an annual dance show at a local theatre which is always a great success and enjoyed by the pupils who get a chance to show case their talents.

At Dance Connect we believe that foundation ballet skills are transferable to all styles of dance, and that dance supports the health and well-being of each individual.
